Cretan Collage - Creative hand-stitching workshop- 27th August
Join Deb at her Mickley Studio for an inspiring day of creative hand‑stitching. During this relaxed, hands‑on workshop, you will design and create a layered textile collage using a variety of fabrics. The collage will then be blended and enhanced with freeform Open Cretan Stitch, allowing you to explore texture, colour. This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to develop their stitching practice in a supportive and creative environment.
It is recommended that you bring your basic sewing kit. However, there will be plenty of supplies available on the day, so do not worry if you are missing anything.
This workshop is run at Debs Mickley Studio, Stocksfield, Northumberland. On Thursday 27th August from 10:30 am – 3:00 pm. Tea and coffee are provided, please bring a packed lunch.
