Machine Embroidery for Beginners -22nd July
Familiarise yourself with your sewing machine and learn the fundamentals of free-motion machine embroidery.
Develop confidence, practise essential techniques, and gain greater ease in using your own machine for this creative style of stitching.
During the workshop, you will learn the key basics and produce a range of sample pieces.

Location: Dene Workshops – Herringbone Suite, Mickley (upstairs from Debs Studio)
Date: Wednesday 22nd July Time: 10:30–3:00
What to bring: Please bring your own sewing machine*, scissors, an embroidery hoop or frame measuring 6–8 inches, and your lunch. Fabric and threads will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own, especially if you would like to work in a particular colour palette.
*It is important that you bring along your own sewing machine to this workshop as it is inpart about getting to know your machine.
